I love Dr. Kornegay! I moved from Virginia 6 months ago leaving my primary doctor of 10+ years. It is no fun looking for a new doctor that you will feel comfortable with. I went in for my annual checkup and he was very thorough and answered all my questions, I never felt rushed and he spent a good amount of time with me. His staff is great as well, they have followed up with me on test results as soon as they get them and scheduling future appointments. I would definitely recommend him??

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
