How likely are you to recommend Dr. Douville?
He said: "Give me an hour - I'll put you out of your pain" "What are you doing tomorrow @ 9:50 am? Gentle demeanor - I had a root canal: he said: "That's an easy one" I had no time to think and booked it. Next day, I met him and he instantly put me at ease... Called me by name many times (sweetest word from his lips) and prepared me step-by step. I never had a dental procedure that was this relaxed and easy. On another note - I saw another Endodontist two years ago that had me in the chair and said that once he "got in there - we may need to pull the tooth" I started crying in his chair and had to leave without the procedure. I came back but insisted in "general anesthesia".. I woke up with the tooth, but was traumatized by the experience. Bottom line - I will always ask for Dr. Douville - for any dental work needed. I got the sense that he was educated, a true professional and a gentle human being. Clearly a good man.
