Dr. Cheryl Chen is a psychiatrist who stands out from the rest. Her genuine kindness, compassion, and non-judgmental approach has helped me so much. Unlike many other psychiatrists I've encountered, Dr. Chen takes the time to understand my entire background, creating a plan that’s not limited to medication; but may also include therapy or external support when necessary. What sets Dr. Chen apart is her ability to listen. She doesn't just hear your words; she understands your struggles and knows how to help you overcome them. Despite my occasional missed appointments, her commitment to me never wavers. Thank you for your patience and understanding.I feel so lucky to have found her and I can't recommend her enough if you're looking for a psychiatrist who really cares about you. To me, Dr. Chen is more than just a doctor, she's been a lifeline.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
