Dr. Loy was a top notch doctor. very caring, knowledgeable and unparalleled to say the least. I really have nothing but Great things to say about Dr. Loy and the staff. The receptionist was delightful and professional. Overall, I enjoyed my experience I highly recommend "Summit Plastic surgery & dermatology" of Hampstead. You will not be disappointed.
