First off, I'm not related to Dr. Williams and it's a coincidence our names are similar. With that being said, Dr. Charles Williams performed 2 different surgeries on me and both have been successful. Dr. Williams and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and go beyond the call of duty to ease any fears of my procedure. Lynn, the Office Manager processed all my paperwork in a timely manner, keeping me informed every step of the way. I received a letter stating Dr Williams will be moving forward from Bon Secours. Sad news to hear and I know I'm not alone when I say...... Wow! He will be missed. Good luck on your future endeavors.
