Dr. Morales is an excellent physician. His clinical support staff are also terrific. They identified that the plaque in my arteries is more advanced than previously assessed.Dr. Morales, office staff is another matter, though. After attempting 3 times to schedule an appointment, my primary care physician had to intervene on my behalf to have Dr Morales staff schedule my appt. I also received a bill that was not submitted to my secondary coverage. After repeated attempts reach anyone in Dr. Morales billing dept, my referring physician again had to intervene with Dr. Morales' administrative staff. This is unfortunate because a poor administrative operation can significantly damage an excellent clinical practice.
