How likely are you to recommend Dr. Kelly?
When I first met Dr. Kelly I was amazed he took the extra time to talk to me and go over the details of my medical issue. He was kind and soft spoken yet affirmative in his demeanor. Dr. Kelly was one of the first to diagnose an issue I am having called Pleural Effusion. I have had one of my lungs drained of fluid three times since 2022. The positive cure will be a major operation but between Dr. Kelly and the surgeon who would perform the operation state we can wait a while longer to see if this issue heals itself. According to the surgeon he doesn't want to open anyone up unless it is absolutely necessary and Dr. Kelly concurred. You won't find many doctors today that will say that. I honestly believe he is looking on the positive side and he too doesn't want to put me through the pain of recovery along with the financial burden unless it is absolutely necessary. I believe Dr. Kelly is one of the best in his field.
