Dr. Warren is awesome, anyone that leaves her less than 5 stars must fall into the 'you can't please all the people all the time' category. My company changed insurance in the middle of caring for my torn rotator cuff, I had to go to another doctor bc of the insurance swap and I basically won the lottery by ending up with Dr. Warren....(my other doc was great but no Dr. Brittany!). Dr. Brittany is kind, caring, compassionate, she listens, is engaged, and genuinely concerned.....the adjectives go on and on....She really cares - you can see it in her mannerisms and expressions (or else she should be an actor or poker player but not a doctor!!) I can't say enough good things about her, and with respect to the 2 star rating for Dr. Brittany that appears to be more directed at her staff, I am surprised by this....I have always been well taken care of and my concerns addressed promptly by her team. The are pleasure to deal with and the even laugh at my pathetic jokes.
