My experience was like no other, meaning excellent! I had a trimallor fracture of my left ankle and went to Edwards ER. They basically wrapped it and instructed me to call Dr. Toolan's office. Before I could even do that, he called me at home THAT EVENING to get additional information. He saw me the next day, as my pain was excruciating. He arranged a surgery THAT DAY AT Edwards where he did an initial surgery to align one of the broken bones, so the pain would not be as intolerable. My second surgery was scheduled a few days later in the Woodridge location, however, the day before surgery his office called to tell me my insurance was out of network for DULY. His AMAZING scheduler, then contacted my HMO and found out that the only location I could have the surgery, that accepted my insurance, was Edwards Hospital. Dr. Toolan rearranged his surgery schedule so he could perform my surgery as planned. I ended up staying two days at Edwards as it was a complicated break. Dr. Toolan visit
