I love kindness, courtesy and Empathy. That is how Dr. Steinmetz is. He explains and tries to keep you calm concerning any procedure. A little wait time here and there. But thats understandable in most medical offices. I've been seeing him for quite a few years now. Dr. Steinmetz is the 2nd doctor in my 77 years, that I trust and love. May GOD continue to bless them both.
