How likely are you to recommend Dr. Larson?
Dr. Larson is a knowledgeable doctor and makes you understand the process well. His staff on the other hand are not compassionate nor understanding. They rush you through treatments like you are a cow in a cattle drive. They aren't personable and appear uncaring. The staff needs some training on building relationships and understanding of what patients with cancer are going through and the damage they can do to patient. It's unfortunate that the staff is this way.
