Patient Reviews
Aug 14, 2024
Dr Brandon Hirsch assessed me quickly as a candidate for ACDF and kindly described his reasoning from what we saw in the MRI. However, he suspected my symptoms had two root causes. An additional test confirmed his suspicions so he referred me to a specialist who performed a simple decompression surgery which eliminated a significant part of my pain. Dr Hirsch then encouraged me to take my time deciding if I still wanted the ACDF surgery. When I was ready, he thoroughly described its details and risks in a way I understood. The surgery was smooth and uneventful. And while pain medication was later helpful, I left the hospital two hours after surgery pain free. The original pain and weakness for which I sought Dr Hirsch’s help were eliminated without any complications. Dr Hirsch immediately earned my confidence at our first appointment and he was very professional in all our interactions. I’m grateful for what he did for me and I highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon.
