How likely are you to recommend Dr. Factor?
I had keloid growths in the abdominal area that became so large that they became problematic. Surgery and radiation therapy was recommended.I was hesitant about the radiation but after meeting Dr. Factor all my fears vanished. It was like a visit with Mr Rogers. He was so kind, genuinely polite, and very comforting. Dr. Factor explained the procedure, why it was recommended, the pros and cons. I was never pressured into making a decision, in fact he sat with me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, he made me feel like I was his only patient for that day!I thank God for putting me in Dr. Factor’s care, and the outstanding staff at the Oncology Center. I was treated as if I was the president of the United States. I wish I could give him 100 stars!
