Dr. Carter is outstanding. She listens and seems to have a solution for any issue; knowledgeable with innovative ideas and also good sound practices. Dr. Carter is extremely optimistic and encouraging. I respect and trust her so much. I've been a patient for years. The head nurse is thorough and easy to talk with.
