Dr Fathala has been caring for our Son for a little over a year. He has been Great. He is very thorough with his treatment. ALTHOUGH he does need to adjust his office / nursing staff. We have had a horrible experience every single time we’ve had to deal with the office. Not to mention my sons other Doctors (other offices) that rely on communication with Dr Fathala office have had the same horrible experience. It takes MULTIPLE phone calls to get anything done. Ie presccriptions filled / adjusted , test results (directly from another specialist). We were even LAUGHED at on the phone by one individual (No names) in the office. This is completely unacceptable. It is tough enough having a child with an illness most of his life. Shouldn’t have to deal with these headaches every time you contact the Drs office. I want to give less stars but don’t want to hurt Dr. Fathalas rating. Sorry Dr. but we’ll be looking for a new rheumatologist. Thank you for everything but his experience has just
