How likely are you to recommend Dr. Lam?
I was in preop. He introduced himself. He asked me several questions, including did I have trouble with anesthesia. I told him I always have nausea and gagging. He said he could help me with that. He did. I had a second procedure and told my caregiver I wish I could have Dr Lam. In he came, greeted me, remembered me, and my anxiety went down 50%. Dr Lam is patient and reassuring. Answered my questions with comprehensive explanations. I have been delighted to have his training and expertise on my side twice!!!!!
