An outstanding physician with wonderful credentials. Dr Rubin is friendly, caring and thorough. She has a beautiful office and her staff are welcoming and efficient. Dr Rubin doesn't rush through an appointment but takes the time necessary to adequately treat the patient. Dr Rubin has given me the best of care with excellent results.
