Patient Reviews
Oct 20, 2022
I found Dr. Villareal and Direct Orthopedic Care on a Saturday afternoon after my 70lb goldendoodle ran smack into the my knee. The whole office staff was VERY kind and patient. The Xray Techs were fabulous, very patient, and very helpful. Dr. Villareal took one look at my knee and the xrays and he knew exactly what happened. Tibia Plateau Fracture. That only happens to 1% of the population. He fitted me with a brace that mobilized my leg (lifesaver), and I had surgery 1 week later. I did seek a 2nd opinion and that Dr. actually went to Med School with Dr. Villareal and said I was in VERY good hands. This surgery is known as a trauma surgery...I'd say I was in GREAT hands. He worked his magic, and I've never had a problem after surgery. I'm ahead of the game with my recovery, and I owe that to Dr. Villareal. He's very thorough, explains everything really well, and he answers his emails very quickly. He even emailed me back at 9:30pm one night. Dr Villareal is def 5 STARS!!!
