Wonderful Dr seltzer examined me and found a murmur. Needless to say he saved my life as he immediately ordered echocardiogram and they found a 6 cm aneurysm in my aortic valve. He was very calm and explained my situation to me and referred me to cardiac surgeon who performed surgery.
