I was involved in a car accident and as a result, I have 9 herniated disc’s with my L5 having a mild tear. Dr. Cucchi gave me options and let me be in charge of the direction I wanted to go in and he is in tune with each patient’s needs and concerns. He is very blunt and will give you direct and honest feedback with what will be your best approach. Some people misinterpret his response to be insensitive or arrogant, but that’s not the case. He understands that the nature of any spinal and neurological surgery is very serious and complex and he isn’t the type of physician to downplay or sugarcoat what must be done.
