How likely are you to recommend Dr. Nguyen-Traxler?
My wife and I have been Dr. Traxler’s patients for the last several years, coming into contact under a variety of situations – some routine and some urgent. How often do you hear from your doctor directly (not just about the lab results but also about your progress)? She does that with some regularity. On numerous occasions, she would schedule you during her lunch hour when the schedule is tight. She remembers what you came for last time (as well as your spouse too). I am hard of hearing; she takes the trouble of typing on her laptop her questions and answers (and prints them out for my record). She never rushes you and makes certain that all your concerns are addressed to full satisfaction. At the end of the visit, you feel comforted and assured that you are being cared for at the highest standard – professionally and personally. May you be fortunate enough to be under her care.
