Patient Reviews
Dec 10, 2017
Dr. Philips is the best eye doctor I have ever had. I have been his patient for approximately 30 years. He takes the time to answer any questions you have and he's very good at teaching you about any eye conditions you may have. He has also taken care of my parents and my 3 children. His office is patient friendly as well. If you're looking for the best, it's Dr. Philips.
