We really can't say enough about how thankful and appreciative we are of Dr. Goldstone. He performed a complicated open heart surgery on our son at 8 days old and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Beyond just his skill, Dr. Goldstone is very compassionate and caring. He performed the surgery over a holiday weekend with short notice when our son started to get worse, spent plenty of time explaining everything to us before the surgery and as soon as it was over, and then checked in on our son and gave us updates at bedside multiple times over the next weeks of his recovery. Highly highly recommend him and his team at Columbia.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
