Dr Amy is AMAZING! We travel from Racine to be seen by dr Amy. All of our appointments with her are very thorough, she took so much time with us, and is ahead on all of the new technology. She diagnosed my child with scoliosis, when no other dr even placed a device on her back to check for it. Also, she suggested a test for ensuring my younger daughters medication was the best fit for her which has been so helpful as we tried multiple times for the right ADHD medicine. When we couldn’t get in for an evaluation for ADHD due to long wait times, she provided alternatives. When she left forest view both my kids cried, both now teenagers. And my husband was also sad. She is truly trusted by all of us, and a confident for them. They feel so comfortable with her as she really gets to know you and goes out of her way to take time, explain and think of alternatives to the typical prescribed way of treating patients. Big loss for children’s.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
