I went in for a follow-up for a knee injury but asked if he could check a previous shoulder injury, which he gladly did!gave me two cortisone shots to relieve pain but recommended shoulder replacement which I can't do at this time,he said to come back when ready,I found him friendly and quirky,I don't understand these reviews saying he's not very personable
