Patient Reviews

Only issue is the nurses do not return my calls. Neither does the after hours crisis line. Operator said they would page someone to call me and talk to me from the crisis unit and I was never called. I believe twice that’s happened. And my messages 75% of the time get ignored. I don’t know if it’s the receptionist, the nurse, or Dr.Radnovich himself that is ignoring my messages. Only time I can get help is if I’m there for an appointment. Always atleast an hour of waiting but Dr.Radnovich takes his time with me and doesn’t rush my visit so I let that slide. Dr.Radnovich is the best psychiatrist I have ever been too. He is very good at his job. But, not getting any answers to even prescriptions needing wrote another way for insurance reasons, and things of that nature, I just am ignored unless I’m physically in his office.
