Patient Reviews
Aug 21, 2021
I was referred to two different oral surgeons, this needed to be taken care of quickly. I researched the two dentist, but was feeling the reviews. For two long days I did research on all the oral surgeons in my network (I have a PPO) I read every article there was to read about the Doctors. I came across Dr. Alexander Katsnelson, after doing my research I called early Saturday morning and had appt for Monday morning. I was still on antibiotic and pain meds with swollen gums and face. I was scared to death but in pain. He was VERY calm, understanding, gentle, explained everything. He asked if I had taken any of the pain med b4 coming to him? I said no. He told me to take the pain meds bcus he didn't want me be in that type of pain. He said what he is going to do will not affect the pain meds. Today is Friday 8/20/21, I had no dry socket or complication from the surgery. Hands down I would refer him and use him again. Thank you Dr. If I could give you a trillion Stars I would.
