I was having breathing issues & Dr Shibani was attentive, he listened to my concerns & started lining up tests for me to try & figure out why. My only issue is that my issues got worse. I left a voicemail message on a Monday. Wasn’t improving & called again on Wednesday, still no return phone call. Tried to call appointment line to speak to a person as I had now left 2 messages with no return call. Was on hold for over 30 minutes so hung up. Ended up in the ER on Sunday & was admitted. So, my hope is that the staff will do better & speak to the doctor & return patient phone calls. I’m staying with Dr Shibani because he has been doing what he can to figure out what is wrong with me. I saw his partner while I was inpatient & his partner messaged Dr Shibani when I was being discharged & an office staff member did call me the next day & Dr Shibani saw me the same day. So I will stay because of the care Dr Shibani has showed me. But I hope they improve with the office staff & return calls.
