Dr. Shilad is fantastic! I was formerly Dr. A's patients and got to see Dr. Shilad to figure out my condition. All the times I had an appointment with Dr. Shilad I never felt rushed, he explained everything thoroughly. He was very respectful and also proposed multiple options to make sure one choice would be the best for me. He took his time to answer my questions and is very thorough. I feel safe and confident in his care and respect his knowledge!
