Cynthia Braden, MFT is a wonderful therapist who has helped me tremendously. I have seen several therapists as I believe a sound mind only helps you be more successful. What is so unique about Cynthia is her amazing ability to make me feel comfortable and safe while still pushing me to explore thoughts that give me anxiety.
