Patient Reviews

I went to see Christi to address both shoulder and hip pain. I was having a hard time sleeping, with hip pain waking me up multiple times during the night, and my shoulder pain was beginning to limit my activities. At our initial meeting, Christi took the time to ask questions and explore approaches I’d taken to alleviate the pain. She explained the acupuncture process and from that first appointment I felt so comfortable in her care. Her gentle approach, a combination of talking, gentle hands-on body work, and acupuncture, helped me to deeply relax and let me know that relaxation was possible for me, even with the pain I’d been experiencing. Christi helped me avoid anxiety about my pain and encouraged me to approach the healing process in a more positive light. Finally, my hip and shoulder pain have been significantly reduced since I started seeing Christi and I highly recommend her to anyone who is experiencing pain and anxiety.
