How likely are you to recommend Caroline Luczak?
I'm quite picky with my care providers, and I didn't pick up on any red flags from Caroline - which is refreshing.Initially, I went in for an x-ray. After listening and gathering information about my situation and current state, Caroline suggested an EKG as well to cover the bases. I hadn't thought of this, so this was great. The urgent care medical assistant conducted the EKG independently, and Caroline assessed the results of it. I don't think the EKG was done correctly, because I went to the ER the next day and had the EKG done again - with different results. Who knows for sure, because I don't. Regardless, Caroline worked with the information received in a good and cautious manner. I appreciate the patience with my questions and the detailed responses. Overall, I really like that Caroline listened without making me feel rushed and took the time to respond with the detailed information I was looking for.
