How likely are you to recommend Beth Jackson?
Beth has helped me so much since my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and his eventual death. Dealing with the results of his Parkinson’s was causing me much anxiety. Dealing with grief through covid and isolation was challenging, but she helped me see my way through it all. My attention to mindfulness with her help, relieved a lot of anxiety. I highly recommend her.
