Patient Reviews
Dec 13, 2020
I've been in therapy with Anthony for a bit over a year. I've had other therapists before in my life and I'm glad to be able to say the progress made with Anthony exceeds any work I've done on myself prior. Anthony is very compassionate, articulate, patient, goal oriented when needed. He gave me tools and active feedback to cope and grow as a person. He was available to help get out of crises outside consultation time which was key for me as the reason I sought to consult with a therapist again was that I had panic attacks I didn't know how to control and that was new for me. Anthony helped me manage anxiety associated with a cancer scare, loss of activity in COVID times and helped me navigate my dwindling marriage. Positive long lasting change has come into my life over the past year, much of which I can directly link to my work with Anthony.
