Patient Reviews
Dec 14, 2019
Abby is very sensitive to my needs. The EMDR trauma work we have done so far has reduced my symptoms of C-PTSD, including depression. She is very open to feedback and this is a new and healing experience for me. The healing from trauma I’ve done so far with Abby reduced my internal fears enough that I was able to lose 70 lbs., and this has really improved my life and overall confidence. Abby is extremely reliable. She is completely non-judgmental. I am learning to take better care of myself emotionally and within relationships, to take things less personally, to judge myself less harshly. She cares about me and she validates my feelings. She is good at helping me figure out situations and I am doing it much more on my own now. Also, she has been an absolute rock as I work my way through a crisis and I couldn’t be more grateful. I look forward to continuing to grow and change, and to my life and my relationship with myself and others continuing to improve in our work together.
