There is currently no cure for endometriosis. However, pain relief and hormonal medications can help manage pain and reduce the severity of symptoms. A doctor may recommend surgery in some cases.
Can you develop endometriosis after having a baby?
A person is more likely to develop endometriosis if they have not had any children. However, it still may develop after having a baby. It is most common once a person is in their 30s and 40s.
